Terms and Conditions

  • Parties must be booked at least two weeks (14 days) in advance.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Cakes will only be ordered upon receipt of deposit.
  • Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your written acceptance of quote via e-mail or fax, together with your proof of deposit payment.
  • Should your party be booked during the same week of the party, full payment is required, either EFT or Cash deposit when making your booking.
  • No cheque deposits accepted, as the 14 day clearing period prevents purchasing of stock.
  • The balance due must reflect in the account 2 days prior to your party. No Cheques Accepted.
  • Setting up of party table will only be done if time allows for it and if party packs and accessories are ordered with the decor.
  • Should decor only be taken and set-up is required a Set-up fee will be charged.
  • Final Numbers for guests should be confirmed 10 days prior to your party.
  • Collection time for party goods will be discussed on delivery, all tables, legs and chairs must be stacked and ready at point of collection.
  • Fabric to be placed in a dustbin bag at the same collection point.
  • No Collections or Deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays, unless at a venue and/or prior arrangements have been made.
  • Collections Saturday afternoons before sunset.
  • Sunday or Public Holiday parties will be delivered on the day prior to the party, prior arrangements have been made.
  • It will be the responsibility of the client to ensure that goods are well kept until collection.
  • Please take care when using candles and sparklers as these damage the table cloths and covers and will be charged for at full replacement rate.
  • Any goods damaged will be billed at full replacement value and is payable immediately at the following replacement costs: Chair covers @ R100, Table Cloth R100, Cake Table Cloth R77, Banner R550, Flags R400 & Photo Board R900
  • Please keep Photo Boards out of the rain and off wet grass.
  • Please advise should you wish to do any crafts as paint etc may damage the material
  • If a party is outside the franchise area, a fee (AA rate) will be charged for delivery and collection.
  • If decor package is not required but individual items, a fee (AA rate) will be charged for delivery and collection.
  • Please ensure that the party area is cleared and ready for set-up when we arrive.
  • Themes and accessories may deviate from the photographs reflected in the albums and on the website.
  • Prices are only valid for 30 days from date of quotation.
  • The above themes and accessories are subject to availability from the suppliers and/or from head office.
  • All changes must be in writing and confirmed telephonically.
  • Business hours vary from franchise to franchise.
